Job purpose
We are looking for a high-performing Manager Sales & Business Development to help us meet our customer acquisition, customer consultation and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting, Cold Calling, Relationship and Account Management
- To identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales process in a particular market
- Alliances, Partnership, Regional Marketing
- Lead the sales process in a consultative fashion and work with delivery team to move leads to RFPs. Support RFPs by offering insights into new business partner’s development prospects
- Negotiate engagement terms with prospective business partners
- Supports marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
Education
- Graduation: Any
- Post Graduation: MBA Marketing/Finance
Experience
- 7-10 years of sales experience preferably in the BFSI sector
